Refunds & Revisions

Refund Policy

  • Voiceover and vocal work that has been completed and delivered within the scheduled delivery window is not eligible for a refund.

  • Any deposits issued to Mike Cole in connection with an upcoming or ongoing project are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

  • If we have agreed to a refund and you believe your refund is late, or missing (if applicable)

    • Check your bank account again to see if the refund has been credited

    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account

    • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

    • If you’ve still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at info@mikecolevocals.com

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded

Revision Policy

  • Corrections required due to an issue with my read, such as an error in pronunciation, will be fixed at no cost to you.

  • Two rounds of revisions is included for projects that are 300 words or less. This includes changes to performance elements like tone and emotion, as well as minor script changes of 10% or less of the entire script.

  • Additional fees may be incurred for script revisions accounting for more than 10% of the entire script or after final recording has been completed based on the scope of work.

  • For projects over 300 words, you will receive a sample read at the onset of the project for your approval. After approving the read, the rest of the work will be completed and submitted to you. If style revisions are requested after the initial sample read is approved, there will be an additional charge for revision based on the number of words that need to be re-recorded.
